What is scxale, exactly?
scxale is an operations suite built for Shopify store owners who are tired of gluing together spreadsheets, Zapier flows, and ten different SaaS subscriptions. Right now it ships with six tools: Keyword Research (1,000 keywords per batch, 5 years of trend data), AI Product Descriptions & Titles (GMC-compliant, auto-import keyword data, auto-push to Shopify), Discord & Slack Notifications (chargebacks, returns, revenue, reviews, quality checks), Invoice Matching (auto-compare supplier invoices against your COGS sheet), Chargebacks Dashboard, and a personal AI agent for your store. Every tool is built from real pain points running a six-figure monthly Shopify store, not theoretical use cases.

How does the $49 early-access price work?
You lock in $49/mo today and keep that price forever, as long as your subscription stays active. The public price will go up as we add more tools, but early-access members are grandfathered at $49 even when the list price is $99, $149, or higher. You also get every future tool at no extra cost. This is the single cheapest it will ever be.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get a 7-day free trial with full access to every tool. All we need is a card on file to keep the trial pool serious. If scxale is not for you, cancel before day 7 and you will not be charged a cent. No emails to support, no retention scripts, just one click from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click from your dashboard, effective immediately at the end of your current billing cycle. No emails to support, no retention scripts, no hoops. If you ever come back later the price will likely be higher, but cancellation itself is always frictionless.
Do I need technical skills to use scxale?
No. You connect your Shopify store with one click using the official Shopify app authentication, no API keys to copy, no code to paste, no developer needed. If you can install a Shopify app, you can use every tool in scxale. The hardest thing you will do is pick which Discord or Slack channel gets your notifications.
Which Shopify plans does it work with?
All of them. Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus. We use the official Shopify OAuth flow, so anything Shopify supports, scxale supports. Currently you can connect 1 store per account. Multi-store support is on the roadmap.
Is my store and customer data safe?
Yes, and we take this seriously because our own stores run on the same infrastructure. Your data lives in your own tenant and every query is row-level secured at the database layer, so another scxale user literally cannot read your rows. Supplier credentials and Shopify access tokens are encrypted with AES-256 before they ever touch storage. We are GDPR-compliant and never sell, share, or train models on your data.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT or a generic AI agent?
ChatGPT is a blank chat box. scxale is wired directly into your Shopify store, your supplier invoices, your Discord, and your actual data, so the answers and outputs reflect your business instead of a generic prompt. And we are deliberately not building an 'AI agent that does everything', those demos look magical and break in production. scxale is a small set of focused tools that each do one job extremely well, the kind of tools you actually open every day.
What if it does not work for my store?
Cancel in one click and you are done, no questions asked. Realistically, if you run a Shopify store with suppliers and customers, at least two of the six tools will pay for themselves in the first week, the Invoice Matching tool alone typically catches more than $49 in supplier billing errors per month. But you do not have to trust that, you can just try it and bail if it does not land.
